Job Order Contracting

Claypoole Group utilizes Job Order Contracting (JOC) to efficiently manage multiple projects over a long-term contract, making it ideal for clients with a high volume of construction projects. JOC streamlines the bidding process, enabling clients to access contractor services throughout the contract duration without constant renegotiation of prices.

Key aspects of the JOC process include:

Utilizing an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) project delivery method for multiple projects under one long-term contract.
Establishing a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) with preset prices at the beginning of the JOC contract to eliminate the need for continuous negotiations.
Focusing on small to medium construction projects, such as repairs, renovations, and maintenance work, particularly when short timelines or fixed budgets are involved.
